Jeff Novorr, Vice President/Corporate Compliance and Privacy Officer

Novorr provides guidance on matters related to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the Compliance Plan, ensuring adherence to all rules and regulations of federal, state and local authorities. He also oversees the operations of the LMH Wound Healing Center, Food & Nutrition Services, Environmental Services, Security, the Lawrence Hospitalists Service, and is responsible for strategic planning and service excellence initiatives. Novorr has worked for LMH since 2001. He previously worked in administrative positions at Arkansas Children's Hospital, Little Rock, Ark., and St. Joseph Health Center, Kansas City, Mo. A 2006 Leadership Lawrence graduate, he is active in community organizations, including Junior Achievement and the PIECE Project.
