Kathy Clausing

Kathy Clausing is LMH's Vice President and Chief Development Officer. She has served in this role since July 1998 and is responsible for the Lawrence Memorial Hospital Endowment Association, and oversees the Community Relations, Community Education, Customer Information Center and Volunteer Services departments. Clausing has extensive experience in non-profit strategic planning, volunteer and board development, policy development and all aspects of charitable giving. Before coming to LMH, Clausing served for 10 years as the Vice President of Development for Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America. Clausing holds a bachelor's degree in social welfare from the University of Kansas and a master's degree in business administration from Friends University in Wichita. She has attended extensive local, regional and national professional development seminars and is a 1994 graduate of the National Planned Giving Institute. She was appointed by the governor to the Kansas Volunteer Commission and is involved in church and community service activities.
