Lawrence Memorial Hospital is seeking a Rheumatologist for a full-time, hospital-employed position. This position is with an established multi-specialty group. The group has been serving the Lawrence community since 1979 and includes: Infectious Disease, Palliative Care, Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. The practice embraces the Patient Centered Medical Home model of care and is recognized as a Level 3 provider through NCQA. Radiology and Laboratory are on site, with the hospital located three miles away.
LMH has 173 beds and in recent years completed a $45 million expansion, which included a new Emergency Department and Surgery Department, the renovation and expansion of the Critical Care Unit, Medical Nursing and Family Birthing Center, and the addition of a new Surgical Nursing unit.
