Volunteer Application

If you are at least 18 years of age, please complete the online application. If you are between the ages of 14 and 18, please call our office for a student application form.

To be considered for a volunteer position, you will also need to schedule an interview and obtain letter of reference from a co-worker, family friend or instructor. To schedule an interview, call our office at (785) 840-3141. Please note: Beginning September 2006, LMH is a non-smoking campus.
