New Applicants

Fill out and submit our electronic application form

 

Current LMH Employees

If you would like to apply for a different position, please fill out the Transfer Request Form. This is the only application you will need to complete if you are a current employee. Once the form is completed you may:

  • Deliver the form to Human Resources or
  • Scan and Email to human.resources@lmh.org or
  • Fax the form to (785)505-3006

Regardless of the method you choose, you and your application are very important to us. We will review your application and if you meet the qualifications for the position you applied for, you will be contacted to set up an interview. If you are not selected, you will be notified by our office.
