Information Technology

Reporting to the Vice President and Chief Information Officer, this position is responsible for the technical services for planning, design, and implementation of information technology. This includes the infrastructure, network, and system engineering and construction activities. The Director is responsible for establishing current and long range direction of technology aimed at keeping the organization on the forefront of change. Ensures technology projects meet quality standards, budgets and deadlines. This role is responsible for developing, implementing and enforcing policies, standards and methodologies. Requires understanding of technical writing, developing and editing. 

Technology, including network and telecommunications services, will be responsible to support new project design and implementation phases for the setup and network communications configuration. They will work closely with LMH IT Project Managers, Application Integration, and the Production Manager, to make recommendations to ensure technology standards are adhered and incorporated into contract and implementation plans.  The Director of Technology will also be responsible for oversight of the BioMedical/Clinical Engineering department and telecommunications.

Job Type(s): Full-Time; Exempt

Agreed Hours Per Pay Period: 80 hours every two weeks

Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday; approximately 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's and Master's level degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or related field
  • 5+ years of hands on management and supervisory experience implementing enterprise wide systems, network, telecommunications and processes required
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills with emphasis on communication skills to primary users of technology

  • lift/carry and push/pull 10 lbs frequently
  • climb, stoop, bend, squat and kneel occasionally
  • lift/carry and push/pull 35 lbs occasionally
