Lawrence Memorial Hospital (LMH) in Lawrence, Kansas, is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join an established practice with three other board-certified Otolaryngologists. This group has been serving the community since 1984 and its physicians have been involved in leading-edge research, clinical trials and testing. In addition they've written major publications, lectured throughout the country and held prominent positions in professional medical organizations and at medical schools. Their main office is in Lawrence and they serve satellite offices in Topeka and Ottawa.
LMH has 173 beds and recently underwent a $45 million expansion, which included renovation and expansion of the Emergency Department and Surgery, as well as the Critical Care, Family Birthing, Surgical Nursing and Medical Nursing units. The hospital was named one of the nation's 100 Top Hospitals by Truven Health Analytics for the second year in a row.
