Sports Performance Spring Training


Open to All 4th, 5th, 6th Graders
Monday & Wednesday: 5:30 to 6:30 pm
Begins March 4th: 12 Sessions for $175

Young athletes (8-12 yr.) receive coaching in functional movements essential for improving athletic skill. Athletes train coordination, posture, strength and balance to improve quickness, vertical jump and acceleration skills.

Athletes are coached by a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with a physical therapy background in a small group setting.
