Sheryle D'Amico
Director

Sheryle D’Amico came to the Center in May 2004 as the administrative director. She received a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Kansas in 1994 and a Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy in 1983 from Simmons College (Boston, MA). Sheryle has been employed at Lawrence Memorial Hospital since 1999, as the director of Kreider Rehabilitation Services, and the Chairperson of the Women’s Health Initiative. One of the major programs to evolve from the Women’s Health Initiative is the Breast Center, scheduled to open in November 2004. In April 2004, Sheryle was the recipient of the Wellspring award, given annually by Breast Cancer Action to a female health care professional in Douglas County who has made a significant impact in the field of breast cancer.
