Immunotherapy

Immunotherapy consists of treatment designed to stimulate a patient’s own immune system to fight disease. Such therapy consists of antibodies, growth factors and other immune factors that are typically administered intravenously or under the skin. Certain types of cancer appear to be more responsive to immunotherpy.
