Registration Process

Pre-registration may save you time at check in. You may use pre-registration in one of two ways.

1. Simply fill out your pre-registration information online and submit it. This will help speed up the admission process. You will still need to spend a few minutes in admissions at the hospital to verify your information. But, check in will be significantly shorter. Please pre-register 24 hours prior to your test or hospital admission and make sure you bring your insurance information and id with you to the hospital.

2. Review the pre-registration information and make sure you have all of the required data prior to coming to the hospital. This could potentially save you time.
