Free health screenings, refreshments and exhibits. A comprehensive blood work profile is available for $30 ($40 for males who want the PSA test) if registered by 9/10. After that date $40 ($50 with PSA).

Social Work-Rehab
Social Work activities will focus on orientation of the patient to the rehab unit, patient and family education, patient and family supportive counseling, community resource exploration and referral, discharge planning and facilitation of all activities related to discharge planning, patient advocacy, and providing insurance management services.
