Radiology Services

The LMH Radiology department offers a wide variety of diagnostic and interventional radiography services such as MRI, Nuclear Medicine and CT Scanning. Our staff consists of registered technologists and our facilities are certified by the Food and Drug Administration and the American College of Radiology. Films are read by the physicians of Radiologic Professional Services, P.A., all of whom are board-certified and ACR accredited radiologists.

Prior to every exam, LMH Radiology Services patients are required to fill out a history form. Please note that the form is designed to protect your health and safety. It is very important to take time and think about the information you submit. To obtain a history form before arriving at the hospital, please click on the links below. Patients without a complete history form would not be assisted.
