Your goal: Get in 12 workouts of at least 30 minutes* in 4 weeks; specifically from Dec. 2-27.
*These must be “new” activities in addition to your usual workout routine. If you normally do some sort of exercise each day, we’re asking that you add 30 extra
minutes to 12 of those days. But, we’d prefer you try something different. If you’re a runner, don’t just run an extra 30 minutes; do something else. Try taking the family bowling! Rake some leaves, run through them and then rake ‘em up again! If you walk everywhere, try a Zumba class. If you park away from
the door at work; try parking in a different lot so you walk a longer distance
