Wellness Works provides a snapshot into basic wellness principles that can help prevent or assist in management of hypertension, high cholesterol and pre-diabetes, as well as educate participants on leading a helathier lifestyle.  Topics include components of a healthy diet, an exercise plan, some quick stress management techniques; plus other health and wellness tips.  Those attendees with hypertension, high cholesterol and pre-diabetes should be under the care of a physician.  This class is free, but advance registration is requested due to class size limits.
