Description

The sports performance program offers small group training for 2-5th graders, middle school, high school athletes. The LMH training philosophy emphasizes teaching correct movement skills to develop speed, power and strength. All training is age appropriate and monitored by nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists and licensed Sports Physical Therapists.

Our goal is to provide a training home for young athletes to prevent injury and maximize athletic performance. We strive to provide a fun, enjoyable training environment to enable athletes to learn and improve consistently over time. Athletes undergo physical performance tests such as vertical jump, 15 yard sprints, and pro agility times to assess and track improvement in power, acceleration, and agility. 

Individual assessments by licensed Sports Physical Therapists cater to each athlete’s specific needs. This includes a Functional Movement Screen (FMS©) that allows us to view where the athlete may need further development in areas of weakness and build on their athletic strengths. Athletes then may train in a small group or individual environment best suited to meet their training goals.
