We're adding gallons of H2O - and fun - to our eighth annual 5K series benefiting Lawrence Memorial Hospital and the neighboring communities it serves. Returning to Eudora, Tonganoxie and Baldwin City, the LMH Summer Spray 5K Run/Walk Series is for all ages and abilities. As you run or walk our newly USA Track & Field-certified courses, prepare to be sprinkled, squirted, splashed and, of course, sprayed - all for good fun and two great causes. While half of the proceeds from each race will support one of the nation's 100 Top Hospitals, the other half will go back to the community through a wellness grant. Give a little and get soaked in return!

Participation in the LMH Summer Spray 5K is encouraged for all who are able. Children in strollers are welcome; however, for safety reasons, animals are not allowed. Please note the Summer Spray 5K Run/Walks Series will not be rescheduled due to weather. If dangerous weather conditions preclude the event, registration fees will not be refunded and will be considered a donation to LMH Endowment.
