Registration is closed.

Minimum 5/Maximum 12 - Couples count as 1

If enrollment is less than 5, this class may be cancelled.

Fees & Payment

$65 per couple or $45 per person.

Description

Four-session childbirth preparation classes for expectant parents. Please enroll early in pregnancy. No baby care information is included so expectant parents are encouraged to enroll in the separate Babycare Workshop class. 
 
Please bring two pillows and one blanket to class for floor exercises.
