Front Plank

  1. Get down on your knees and elbows.
  2. Now straighten your legs, one at a time, so that you are supporting your body on your elbows and toes.
  3. Hold for 6 seconds. Over time, build up to 30 seconds.
  4. Rest for 10 seconds.
  5. Repeat 3 to 5 times.
