Need some encouragement or motivation to get work on your wellness during the holiday season? Consider registering for the 12 Days of Wellness challenge. We will provide you over 50 easy and fun wellness tasks and opportunities, you supply the grit!

Join LMH Health for a fun 12 Days of Wellness! You pick the wellness tasks and opportunities from over 50 options. This challenge runs December 2 – 22. If you complete a minimum of 12 activities and you will be entered to win a gift basket from the LMH Health Gift Shop. Participants will receive information via email for this program. Registration closes November 29.
