AHA Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid AND CPR-Online w/ in-person checkoff

This course is for those that need Pediatric First Aid CPR AED certification for certain non-medical jobs and roles. For example: child care providers (day care), lifeguards, coaches, babysitters and teachers. Upon completion of the AHA online portion, students must complete the hands-on skills session.

THIS COURSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR NURSES AND DOCTORS, AND OTHER HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS. Health care professionals and those studying to become a healthcare provider should take “Healthcare Provider” CPR.

This blended learning class consists of two separate parts AND two separate fees. Part 1 is done through American Heart Association. Look for “Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Online” and take the 2.5 Hour course. There is a fee of about $20. After you have completed part 1, register at LMH Health for your in-person check-off. You will need to pay an additional $40 fee for the in-person check off at LMH Health. Be sure to bring your AHA completion certificate with you to the hospital for the check-off.

The total cost of parts 1 & 2 should be approximately $60.
