Meet Our Coaches
Vic White brings experience in exercise physiology to LMH Health. In addition to his work with Sports Performance, he coordinates the Fit for Life and Wellness Works exercise programs at LMH.
He earned his master’s degree in exercise physiology in 1994 from the University of Kansas. Since then, Vic has worked as a clinical exercise physiologist in the areas of occupational medicine, cardiac rehabilitation and post-rehabilitation exercise programming. He has been with LMH Therapy Services since 2004.
He is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as an exercise physiologist and certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a strength and conditioning specialist.
Vic currently works with youth in the areas of sports performance, athletic injury prevention and coaching through LMH Sports Performance. He brings a positive, enthusiastic coaching style when training young athletes and focuses on establishing solid fundamentals for progressive athletic development.
Joe was born in Philadelphia and grew up in Somers Point, New Jersey. Joe, who has been a rower since he was a sixth-grader, won a gold medal at the Canadian Henley Royal Regatta in the Men’s Senior 8+. He is a die-hard Philadelphia sports fan. (He asks that you not hold that against him.)
Joe earned a bachelor of business administration in sport, event and hospitality management at George Washington University in 2008. He earned his master’s degree in new media management at the Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University in 2011. He also served as the graduate assistant rowing coach for Syracuse’s men’s rowing team from 2008 to 2011 and led his crews to undefeated records in dual races and wins at the Eastern Association of Rowing Colleges championships.
He earned his strength and conditioning specialist certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association in fall 2013 and has continued his education, studying Functional Movement Systems, StrongFirst, and the McGill Method.
Joe is passionate about empowering his students to improve their health, life and athletic performance through a process-oriented approach that yield results in movement, strength and injury resilience.
