Tai Chi for Better Balance

Tai chi is a non-competitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretches. Through a series of slow, graceful manner postures and movements, Tai Chi is considered “meditation in motion”.

Tai chi may improve balance, mobility, walking stability and endurance. It's helpful to the improvement of strength and many other benefits. Tai chi can be practiced regardless of age or physical ability.

If you need one on one evaluation by a physical therapist for balance or any other issues, please call our office at 785-505-2712 for an appointment.
