- COVID-19 Testing for patients with symptoms
- COVID-19 Testing for patients who are preparing for a procedure or surgery at LMH Health
- COVID-19 Antigen testing
- Oncology patient lab draw
Get result notifications with My Patient Portal
Receive immediate notification of your results through My Patient Portal as soon as your test is processed. Ask a member of our care team to register you up for My Patient Portal when you schedule testing, surgery or any other procedure at our hospital or doctor's offices. Directions
The Respiratory Evaluation Center (REC) is located on the northeast corner of the LMH Health campus. Patients should follow the onsite signage and instructions when they arrive. Please have your insurance card and photo identification ready.
