  • About LMH Anticoagulation Clinic

Some patients need medication to reduce the risk of blood clots. If your doctor prescribes anticoagulation therapy to thin your blood, it’s important to have your clotting level checked at regular intervals, so your medication dosage can be adjusted as needed. Our goal is to assist you and your physician in safely and effectively monitoring and managing your anticoagulation drug therapy. Learn more.

Located on the main floor of the 4th Street Health Plaza, about three quarters of the way down the hall, on the left before reaching the Cardiovascular Specialists of Lawrence suite.
