Drive-thru COVID-19 testing is provided with a physician's order and scheduled appointment for the following:
- You have confirmed symptoms of COVID-19 with your healthcare provider
- You are preparing for a procedure or surgery at LMH Health

This temporary location for COVID Testing Drive Thru is located in the drive thru entrance on the north side of the Lawrence Medical Plaza at 6th and Maine Street (formerly OrthoKansas and Lawrence Surgery Center). We recommend entering the location from Maine Street.
- Please follow the onsite signage and instructions when you arrive.
- Please have your insurance card and photo identification ready.
