Conveniently located in the 4th Street Health Plaza adjacent to Lawrence Memorial Hospital, the practice is equipped to provide a wide range of on-site patient services, including general physicals and examinations, sports physicals, school physicals, preventive health screenings, blood draws and basic lab tests, and more.
