LMH Selects Geonetric to Develop Responsive Web Presence
Responsive site will better serve patients and community through robust functionality and engaging content.
Cedar Rapids, IA - January 22, 2013 - Lawrence Memorial Hospital (LMH), headquartered in Lawrence, KS, has selected Geonetric, an online solutions provider for the healthcare industry, to develop a new website for the 173-bed community hospital. Through a multi-year partnership, Geonetric will create a new Web presence that will promote LMH’s services, highlight the hospital’s technological sophistication and engage targeted audiences with compelling, well-organized content. The site will also showcase responsive design, which presents an ideal experience on a variety of devices and screen sizes.

LMH’s website will be built on the latest version of Geonetric’s content management system, VitalSite 6. It will offer improved functionality including physician, location and service directories, calendar and events registration, eCards, as well as a new gift shop through Volusion. Geonetric is providing content strategy and information architecture services for LMH and working in partnership with the hospital’s marketing and creative agencies to deliver the final product.
