Michele Caldwell, Maternity Navigator

Michele worked as a labor & delivery RN and relief charge RN for the Family Birthing Center. In March of 2022, she transitioned to Lawrence OB-GYN Specialists as a maternity navigator. Michele has been recognized with three Daisy Award nominations by patients.

Her fondest memories at LMH Health are of being a part of births in the community and working alongside outstanding colleagues and physicians.

In her free time, Michele and her husband love visiting and spending time with her four grown children. She also values her time with family and friends, crafting and KU basketball.
