Rhonda Beardshear, Registered Nurse

Rhonda was a part of the post-surgical nursing unit before making the transition to the Family Birthing Center 30 years ago. She has witnessed LMH Health change and grow over time, but credits the opening of the West Campus and the services it provides to our community as the most notable one.

She has helped welcome multiple new babies into the world, and her passion for exemplary patient care has been recognized with multiple Daisy Award nominations.

Outside of LMH, Rhonda enjoys attending bluegrass festivals, gardening, reading, swimming and cooking.
