Primary Care Physicians Moving to West Campus in September 

Three LMH Health primary care physicians will relocate to the West Campus this September and continue providing exceptional care to the community. 

• Dr. Jennifer Clair and Dr. Savannah Ericksen will begin seeing patients at the West Campus starting Monday, September 8. They are currently located at 6th and Maine. 

• Dr. Ashley Bloom, who currently sees patients at East Heights, will join the West Campus team on Monday, September 15. 

LMH Health Primary Care – West Campus is located in Lawrence at 6265 Rock Chalk Drive, Suite 1100.
