Biography

Barbara is a certified gastroenterology nurse practitioner. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she had 10 years of experience as a registered nurse in emergency medicine, cardiology and gastroenterology. She is a graduate of Emory University School of Nursing in Atlanta, where she received the Dean’s Scholarship and graduated magna cum laude. She earned a master’s degree in nursing at Washburn University School of Nursing in Topeka.
