Dr. Henkelman was very professional and caring. He took the time to explain my knee injury to me in detail as well as answered all of my questions. I ended up receiving a steroid shot in my knee and he organized and did it very quickly. Very impressed with him and would definitely recommend him to others.

I waited in the room for well over an hour past my appt time to be seen. The appt was very rushed I was told I could do an injection but I needed TKR and it would delay that for 6 months. No other possible treatment options or care was provided.

Just went fine and smoothly toward resolution of reason for being there.

I felt like the Dr. Did not take the pain seriously and left me feeling like I needed to see someone else...The Dr. Told me to do low-impact exercises and that I could have shots periodically to help with pain - I don't understand how I am supposed to do any sort of exercise when my knee continues to catch and the pain about sends me to the ground.
