Provider Review Comments

This was my first visit with Dr. Marcelinho, and the practice. I was very happy with the overall experience.

Felt so rushed and not cared for outside of facts. Doctor showed little concern for me as a person and just flew through the facts and rushed me out of there. Felt so impersonal and was blown away at how it felt.

When brought health problems and questions to his attention and he seemed to brush them off like it didn't really matter since that wasn't the main reason of my visit. Also didn't seem to care about the pain I was in and the limited mobility I had and didn't suggest any solutions to my mobility issue due to the injury I was seeing him for. First visit lasted less than 10 minutes and the Second visit lasted less than 5. Both times within a week of each other, neither time did he seem to care or be concerned about my health. The first visit he didn't order a scan to see what was causing the pain In my knee just poked It and acted like I was faking the pain. The 2nd visit he then asked If I was still "Hobbling around" and told me to rent some crutches somewhere If my Mobility Is bad. These will be my last appointments with this provider.

I like my provider & I think he knows what he's talking about but without addressing all of my concerns he can't always be sure that I'm actually getting what I need.

Again, I feel rushed and don't get to ask all of my questions. I am certain that I saw him less than 15 minutes. I had several questions that we didn't get to.

I have, in fact, recommended this provider several times, including a member of my family who now uses the provider as well.

I felt like Dr. Marcellino was engaged with helping me understand how to feel better. He also gave pragmatic advice that has actually helped some. He was also very frank, transparent, and open. He reminded me of a sports coach I once had. It made me feel like even though he didn't have specific answers, he had very practical reassurance and guidance for what I am experiencing. I'm glad he's a doctor. He helped me just by being an honest down to earth person, with the ability to communicate his critical thinking to me.
