At LMH Health, the voice of the patient matters.

Patient & Family Advisory Council

At LMH, feedback to our physicians, medical teams and leadership is invaluable and helps us ensure patient-centered care. Our dedication to improvement to quality, safety and patient experience helps LMH continue to be one of the best community healthcare organizations in the country.

To guide its constant improvement, LMH enlists the Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC). This group of diverse community volunteers, providers and staff serve as “advisors” to provide guidance on policies, procedures, and processes. Your personal insights will shape our services and make a difference in the lives of other patients.

If you want to be the voice of the patient, please consider joining the Patient Family Advisory Council at LMH Health.

The council meets monthly for two hours. Meeting times are flexible based on the availability of the members. Meetings may be in person or online. Council members are asked to commit 12-18 months (about 1 and a half years) to the council.
