A class designed to facilitate a good beginning and a lasting breastfeeding experience. Topics will include the benefits of breastfeeding, first feedings, hunger cues, latch and positioning, and more. Fathers and partners are encouraged to attend.

The LMH Health Auditorium is located in the Lower Level of LMH Health. Free parking is provided near the entrance.
The New Parent and Breastfeeding Support Group at LMH Health gives you a safe environment in which to learn about breastfeeding and parenting.
