Class for people who plan to pump milk when away from their infant.

Fees & Payment

$25 for main registrant, support person free

Description

Providing breast milk for your baby if you have to return to work or school is a priority for many women. We highly recommend attending the Breastfeeding Your Baby class prior to taking this class. It is important to understand the basics of breastfeeding and milk production before introducing pumping. The class will cover preparing for pumping away from home, the basics of pump use and maintenance, and preparing breast milk to feed your baby. If you have already purchased a pump, please bring it to class with you.
