Are you an adult runner looking for a class to help improve your running mechanics, strength and conditioning? The LMH Health RunStrong team can help with classes aimed to help maximize your performance and promote a lifetime of healthy, enjoyable running. Our team of strength and conditioning coaches, physical therapists and athletic trainers have more than 45 years of combined experience in endurance sport.
This class is recommended for adult runners with less than five years of running experience or who are new to running and have the ultimate goal of healthy, enjoyable running for recreational purposes.
