The LMH Health RunStrong team can help with classes aimed to help maximize your performance and promote a lifetime of healthy, enjoyable running. Our team of strength and conditioning coaches, physical therapists and athletic trainers has more than 45 years of combined experience in endurance sport.
Our Experienced Runner’s class is recommended for runners with at least five years of running experience and have the ultimate goal of improving performance to be competitive in their age group for any given race.
In this class, you will:
- Learn proper warm up and cool down
- Learn movement skills to improve posture and running technique
- Focus on developing greater strength and explosiveness
- Improve speed and build injury resilience
