Join us at the Penny Jones Open golf tournament on Friday, September 25, at Lawrence Country Club to support your community-owned, not-for-profit hospital. 

For more than 40 years, golfers, corporate sponsors and volunteers have come together for this four-person scramble with morning and afternoon flights.

SUPPORT OUTSTANDING HEART CARE CLOSE TO HOME

Over one year ago, LMH Health Foundation launched the Heart Center Expansion and Renovation campaign. With an estimated comprehensive cost of approximately $25 million, the campaign is one of the Foundation’s most ambitious initiatives. 

“Your partnership, through events like the Penny Jones Open will support the success of the Heart Center and ensure we can continue to be here for our families, friends, neighbors, and coworkers throughout Douglas County and beyond,” said Rebecca Smith, executive director of LMH Health Foundation.

An expanded and renovated LMH Health Heart Center will reduce wait times for urgent and scheduled procedures, improve capacity to handle multiple emergencies simultaneously, increase access to new services like electrophysiology and expanded vascular care and expand the number of cath lab procedure rooms.

LMH Health Foundation’s 2026 Hearts of Gold gala was a magnificent evening of celebrating all that we cherish – and hope for – at our community hospital.
