Data Sharing Information
LMH Health exchanges data electronically for treatment, payment, operations, research, public health, health oversight, and regulatory activities. LMH Health also participates in Health Information Exchanges (HIE) and Accountable Care Organizations (ACO). You are able to opt-out of some activities and not others. Below is a list of some of the entities LMH Health exchanges data with.
