Integrity Matters
Thank you for wanting to learn about our Integrity Hotline.
At LMH Health, we value and honor Integrity. We want to know when questions or concerns arise.
You can report to us directly, or you can use our Integrity Hotline to ANONYMOUSLY* report any matter. These reports are made to a third party (that specializes in the hosting of anonymous reporting hotlines). Once you make your report, they remove any identify information from it before sending it to our Risk Management and Compliance Departments. For more information about how our Integrity Hotline works, see our Integrity Hotline policy, # 8060-004 (pdf).

What to report
LMH Health is committed to following the law. LMH Health expects its employees to comply with the highest ethical and professional standards. The Compliance Department serves as a resource for all individuals and business units as we work to fulfill this commitment. Our continued success depends on the public’s trust. Every employee owes a duty to the community and our patients to act in ways that merit their continued trust and confidence. In part, this duty requires us to prevent harm, resolve issues/concerns and report actual or suspected misconduct.
Reportable events include possible fraud, a breach of patient privacy, inaccurate coding and billing of services, unsafe conditions or practices, etc. For other reportable events, see our Compliance – Event Reporting policy, #8060-002 (pdf).
In addition, our Code of Conduct (pdf) sets out our other commitments. In addition to our commitment to follow the law, we are also committed to:
- Being an inclusive, diverse workplace;
- Valuing every person and their dignity;
- Providing safe, quality and equitable care;
- Treating others with respect, kindness and understanding;
- Acting honestly and ethically; and
- Following the law.
We want to know when our behavior falls short of these commitments. Our commitments are set out in our Code of Conduct.
A little time and a good-faith (honest) belief are the only requirements to use our Integrity Hotline.
If you have both, please use or Integrity Hotline to report your questions or concerns. If you want to report to us directly send an email to Compliance@lmh.org or calling our Compliance & Privacy Officer at 785-505-4905.
