The PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program at LMH Health in Lawrence, Kansas, helps pharmacy graduates build advanced clinical, leadership and patient care skills in a community-focused health system. Residents gain hands-on experience across diverse practice settings while preparing for board certification, future training opportunities and a career in health-system pharmacy.
About the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program
The PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program at LMH Health builds on Doctor of Pharmacy education to help residents grow into confident, patient-centered pharmacists. Through hands-on learning across a variety of care settings, residents strengthen their clinical knowledge, leadership skills and practice management experience. Graduates are prepared to provide high-quality patient care, pursue board certification and continue advanced training, including PGY2 residency opportunities.

Estimated Stipend & Benefits
| Estimated stipend: $52,000 Benefits: Travel to required professional meetings. Residents accrue about 22 days of paid time off and may elect health, dental and vision insurance, a flexible spending account or health savings account, and discounts with local and national retailers. |
