I came to Dr Hinkelman for shoulder pain. He ordered x-rays (while I was there) and did an evaluation. He was firm but polite, thorough and made sure we didn't have any questions.

Dr. Hinkelman actually listened to me regarding my knee pain and was very transparent about the results I might or might not expect from a minor surgery.
