LMH Health Patient Reviews
We read every review. Every single one.
That might sound like a small thing, but it sits at the heart of who we are. As Lawrence's community health system, we're inspired by the people we serve. Your stories, your feedback, and your willingness to tell us what's working and what isn't are how we keep getting better.
Below you'll find reviews shared by patients across our LMH Health locations. Some celebrate the team members who made a hard day easier. Others point to places where we still have work to do. We're grateful for both, and we use what you tell us to shape what comes next.
If you've been in our care recently, we'd love to hear from you.

No pain.
I had an excellent visit- fast, knowledgeable and friendly.
If I have to see this practitioner, I will choose to go somewhere else.
She was professional.
Great!
She cared, listen, and respond the next with the information concerning my heal.the issues.
Listened to me and was very friendly and patient.
The experience was good.
Very good but a little short on explaining new medicines prescribed
Felt like I was an inconvenience and wasn't really being listened to when describing how I was feeling
We started of with a miscommunication, which I think distracted me from sharing all my symptoms and questions. Miscommunications happen, but I would have liked a more discussion of symptoms, especially what was bothering me the most.
It was a horrible experience
Felt like provider did not really listen to my concerns or look at my medical history until I left the office. They seemed to believe everything could be cured with nasal lavages and salt water gargles.
She was efficient but her bedside manners were lacking.
I don't feel like the provider fully listened to the circumstances surrounding my concerns with my hearing, and offered a treatment that didn't make sense (but I agreed to because I defaulted to their expertise).
She diagnosed, have antibiotics, I'm good today. It worked.
This was my first visit with her so no history to speak of. It was all good.
The provider was very professional and helpful.
Jeanette was very nice.
She was very helpful. It was just to check my daughter for ear pain, but we discovered it was likely just congestion. She was thorough and reassuring.
She was attentive and caring.
She was very courteous and explained everything to me i
I felt judged.
She was thorough and checked out my knee injury and got me an x ray very quickly
