Dr. Read the X-rays and examined my arm. He listened to my concerns. He referred me to a specialist to examine my shoulder and staff accompanied me to be sure I have an appointment in the near future.

I felt like the provider was distant. The experience was cold and impersonal. Almost robotic, like he was going through the motions.
