He made me feel extra comfortable because I recieved Visceral Gel Injections in both knees. He talked to me the entire time to keep my mind from focusing on the pain.
Ken was fantastic, he listened to my concerns, explained my options, and didn't try to push me into treatment without proper diagnostic.
