Always great!

I have always found Dr Nichols indifferent and unconcerned with my needs as a patient. She has a very cold bedside manner. When I go into the office I feel like I'm just a number and that she doesn't really care if I'm a patient of hers or not. When I told Dr Nichols that this was going to be my last visit it didn't even phase her. She never asked what she could do better to keep me as a patient. Her final words to me were good luck. I felt as though her comment was more tongue and cheek than any sort of personable feeling towards a well wish. I have seen Dr Nichols for several years now and have never felt comfortable with her approach to me as a patient. This is why I'm leaving her practice.

I thought Dr.Nichols listened to me and answered my questions and seemed genuinely concerned about what I had to say. She also seemed very knowledgeable and thorough during my exam.

I am humbled by how fortunate we are to have Dr. Nichols care for our family over the last 16 years. She is exceptionally empathetic and truly listens to me as a patient. She seeks to find a path of care that I'm comfortable with and always gives me options when they exist. She Is a gifted physician, and my appointment this week reminded me of how lucky I am.
