My philosophy of care is individualized and patient-centered. There are multiple ways to treat an injury or illness and my job is to work with my patient to find the right treatment.

Listened, kept me aware of next steps
Excellent
It is too soon to say as the actual surgery hasn't happened yet
Dr. Xiao was excellent. He sat down and showed me my X-rays and took time to explain what's going on and what we could do about it.
Very helpful
I had a very good visit with Dr. Xiao. He listened and was very informative about my injury. He helped me to understand what exactly is going on with my elbow.
Great
I feel confident I was getting the care I needed
Friendly and professional. Spent considerable time making sure I had all my questions answered and that I knew he cared.
