Professional and empathetic
Amy is not my normal provider, but she treated me like I was her long-time patient. She listened to my concerns, asked pertinent follow up questions to my responses, and answered all of my questions thoroughly and ensured that I understood what she was telling me. In the future, if my regular provider is not available, I would be very comfortable with her stepping in as a provider based on her professionalism and attention to my medical needs.
